Resolving the Error Messages


1. First and foremost make sure you have entered your SSID network name correctly. Entering the wrong SSID network name may cause this issue

3. After that, verify your router to see if its in a proper working condition
4. If the connectivity issue persists try changing your current network plan to a more faster speed
5. Finally, try restarting your Roku player and Roku TV. To restart your Roku player navigate to ‘settings’ -> ‘System’ -> ‘System restart’. For restarting your Roku TV go to ‘settings’ -> ‘System’ -> ‘Power’ -> ‘System restart’
